COLD SAPONIFICATION

AN ANCESTRAL AND NATURAL METHOD

Cold saponification is the process of transforming fatty substances into soap, a method of artisanal manufacturing which has the particularity of preserving 7 to 8% glycerin in the soap. We thus obtain better comfort and better hydration of the skin.

The sodium hydroxide used here is non-mercurial and validated by the Nature et Progrès federation.

In the same way, the ingredients (butters, oils, etc.) are added at low temperature in order to preserve all their properties and to be able to offer real body care.

To obtain the finished product, it is necessary to observe a drying phase, commonly called "the cure", which lasts from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the recipe.
